Location: Gloucester (office-based)

Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission

OTE: Realistic £70,000 | Top earners exceeding £100,000

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Health Insurance Broker to join a growing and high-performing team based in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with Private Medical Insurance (PMI) experience who wants genuine earning potential within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

The office is ideally located with excellent transport links via the M5 motorway, Gloucester train station, and easy access from Cheltenham, Bristol, Worcester, and surrounding areas.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for advising clients on private medical insurance products, converting opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. You’ll work a strong pipeline of insured and uninsured leads, alongside high-quality referral business generated through established partnerships including:

• Institute of Directors (IOD)
• England Golf
• Scottish Golf
• Royal Yachting Association (RYA)
• BASC
• And other affinity partners

This is a fully office-based role within a fast-paced and supportive sales environment, ideal for someone who thrives working closely with a successful team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising clients on PMI and health insurance products
• Managing a mixture of insured and uninsured leads
• Converting high-quality affinity and partner referrals
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets
• Maintaining FCA compliance and delivering excellent customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s Private Medical Insurance (PMI) sales experience
• Previous experience within a broker or insurer environment preferred
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term relationships
• Organised, self-motivated, and professional
