Who We Are
We are Insured Health Ltd ("IHL"). We provide a policy review service for customers with private medical insurance through our telephone advisory service. As part of this service we may refer our customers to insurers for an appropriate insurance product.
We are registered in England and Wales under company number 09886202 and our registered company address is Insured Health Ltd, Saville House, 74–90 Savile Street, Sheffield, S4 7UD. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority reference No 774335.

We can only offer products from a limited number of insurers. Ask us for a list of insurers we offer insurance from.

We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs.
We have taken steps to ensure that if, in the course of advising you, we make a recommendation; such recommendation will be suitable for your demands and needs at the time the recommendation is made.
In assessing your demands and needs we may seek such information about your personal circumstances and objectives as might be relevant in order to enable us to identify your requirements. It is important that you provide us with accurate and relevant information.
What Will You Have to Pay Us for Our Services?
We do not charge fees for our insurance related services. We may receive a commission from the product provider.
Who Regulates Us?
Insured Health Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our permitted business is advising on and arranging Non-Investment Insurance. Should you remain dissatisfied you have the right to ask the Financial Ombudsman Service to review your case. You should write to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR. Telephone: 0800 023 4567. Web address: www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
You may be entitled to compensation should we be unable to meet our liabilities as an insurance intermediary under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Your entitlement to compensation will depend upon the type of business and the circumstances of your claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim, without any upper limit or for compulsory classes of insurance, insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without any upper limit. Claims
If you need to make a claim on your policy, please use the insurer's contact details that can be found within your policy wording. Do not proceed with any treatment until you have received authorisation from your insurer; if you do not obtain authorisation prior to any treatment your claim may not be paid.
Direct Debit Guarantee
The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit the organisation will notify you (normally 10 working days) in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request the organisation to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
- If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when the organisation asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required.
