If you receive a lower like-for-like quote elsewhere, simply send us a copy of the official quote document and we will review it immediately.

We beat it or refund the difference

We will beat the price. If for any reason we are unable to do so, we will refund you the difference. You will never pay more through Insured Health.

What we need from you

To claim your price guarantee, all we ask is that you provide a copy of a valid, official quote from another provider. The quote must clearly show:

  • Policy members

    All individuals to be covered on the policy

  • Level of cover

    The exact benefits, excess and hospital list included in the quote

  • Premium

    The monthly or annual premium quoted

  • Start date

    The proposed policy start date the quote must be current and valid

What counts as like-for-like?

For the guarantee to apply, the competing quote must be for the same insurer, the same policy, the same cover level, the same policy members and the same start date. We compare on an exact basis so you always know you are getting a fair deal.

Can I use this at renewal?

Yes if your renewal premium has increased and you find the same policy cheaper elsewhere, contact us before your renewal date and we will review the quote and work to beat it.
